Shipping and returns

At VSU, we understand that shipping and returns are important aspects of your online shopping experience. We want to ensure that you have a seamless and hassle-free experience when purchasing our unique vintage grain-sack products.

SHIPPING:

Tracked shipping worldwide.

We use DHL Express for US & Australia deliveries.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The price varies on weight / size and delivery location.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:

Once you place an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them out as soon as possible. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We send orders by DHL express or NZ Post.

At Vintage Stitch Up, we take our commitment to the planet seriously. That's why we proudly partner with DHL Express, utilizing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders.

Australia Flat rate shipping AU$20

USA Flat rate shipping US$20 , Free shipping for purchases over US$200

NZ post partners with the main / govt services in other countries. The tracing info on the NZ Post website can be limited once the package leaves NZ, so type in the tracing number ( that is emailed to you from us when dispatched) into the main postal service in your country for better updates on its progress.

USA: USPS , Australia : Australia Post, UK: Royal Mail / Parcel Force.

Once dispatched, international delivery from NZ with DHL takes 2- 7days, or if your order goes with NZ post, it takes between 1-3 weeks ( bulky orders).

Vintage Stitch Up does not pay customs duties ( local taxes) for international orders. This is not included in the cost. Once the goods arrive in the local country you may be contacted by customs.

Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

New Zealand: 1-3 business days NZ Post
Australia: DHL Express 2- 3 business days or 5-10 business days NZ Post

United States: DHL Express 2- 7 business days or 7-14 business days NZ Post
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days NZ Post
Rest of the world: 10-21 business days NZ Post

RETURNS:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non- refundable.

If you return or exchange items that were sent with a free shipping offer, the shipping cost to you will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to exchange an item made on a free shipping offer, shipping of the exchanged item will be additional.
