Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping for all our products. Whether you're located in New Zealand or anywhere else in the world, we'll make sure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.
Once you place an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them out as soon as possible. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Here are the estimated shipping times:
- New Zealand: 1-3 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-21 business days

Returns:
If you wish to return your purchase, please get in contact within 14days.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non- refundable.
