Boro inspired linen pouch Indigo / White

Size The Indigo Boro inspired pouch handcrafted from natural fibres (a mix of re-claimed and vintage) and hand worked with Japanese boro stitching in an organic design.   This will only get better with age.

This pouch has been lovingly handmade and stitched by textile artist  Elizabeth Knowles in her atelier in Tauranga, New Zealand. It features  various pieces of vintage linen dyed to a indigo colour raw grainsack pieces combined together with the japanese stitching technique of Boro ( patching) and sashiko stitching.

Fully lined in indigo cotton canvas with chunky bronzed zip and hemp tie puller. Small inside pocket with VSU Home branding. Back is constructed in oatmeal coloured grain sacking with sashiko stitching.
